On The Evaluation Of Modern Western Law Of History

Philosophy of history is kinds of theories in western philosophy from 18th century to 20th century that the philosophers talked about the history law, history process, the understanding methods of history study, nature. But also philosophy and history (especially history theory) all have methodological significance. Construction of overall general view of history is the fundamental distinction marks between traditional history and the history of philosophy. And the general history law is the overall logic of history demands. Searching for the law of history is the important mission of the philosopher of history.Western philosophy of history in modern history, historical law issue has been the building axis which the history philosophers have constructed. From a different philosophy, history philosophers have constructed their own theory of historical law. This article mainly discusses the recent history of Western philosophy in the Historical Pattern. Rational anglicizing of the historical law, defending and refute logically, clarifying the developmental context of history law, the article grasps its internal logic of the process of evolution. Overall, the history law in western modern history has been developed five stages. In the first stage, the Modern Western philosophers took the inevitability regularity of history as the mysterious fate, destiny and divine will. In the second stage, the necessity of nature or natural laws is directly applicable to the social history of historical or historical law. Third, from human activities on the distinction between conscious processes and the natural process of human history, to see any historical events are inseparable from human consciousness or mental activity, and thus trying to people's minds, psychology to find the historical inevitability or historical law and the laws of history comes down to psychology rules. Forth, the philosophers regarded the rational and logical law as historical law. Fifth, the philosophers realized in the end that the history law is the law of people's social action. We found that the history law formed in the material production and human life or practice, historical Inevitability and historical contingency, objective and subjective, and general and historical, and the contingency and inevitability. The formation and performance features of history law are basis on the analysis. The article is contemporary logically some relative problems of the history law.By anglicizing the history law, the article explore,the internal basis of which the history law of western modern history has formed, and discuss some questions deeply like the history law and subjective select, the adaptive about Oedipus Effect and prophecy of history. It recognized that the history law may cause the lack of responsibility, and outlook the future which the history future will go.
