A Philosophical Inquiry Into Concept Of History

Marx’s concept of history is an important clue to understand historical materialism.With the opening of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Marx’s theory began to gain its new status in modern history,But modern philosophy of history and post-modern philosophy of history attack Marx’s historical theory from a certain situation.How to scientifically determine its ideological context,systematically clarify its logical structure,and fully grasp its historical orientation and development law has become one of the most urgent issues of The Times in the field of Marxist research.This paper is divided into three parts,trying to spread out the study of Marx’s historical theory under the logic approach consistent with history.First,grasp Marx’s concept of history from the perspective of Marxist historical thought in different disciplines.The historical concept from the critical perspective of philosophical ethics studies human ethics and moral issues with the development and perfection of human and society;The historical concept from the perspective of the integration of economics and philosophy studies the causes of social and economic development and the impact on the development of human society,and the rise of historical materialism;The concept of history from the critical perspective of political economy,uncover the mystery of historical laws,and discover the way to realize human happiness,Secondly,this paper focuses on the logical path of Marx’s historical concept from the theoretical vision of Marxist philosophy,and grasps the logical path of Marx’s historical concept from three thinking dimensions:the ontology of Marx’s historical cognition from historical phenomenon to historical essence,the epistemology of Marx’s historical logic from historical fact to historical law,and the value theory of Marx’s historical concern from historical choice to human freedom.Finally,in the evolution of western historical theory and modern historical philosophy,we grasp the historical position of Marx’s concept of history.Marx’s philosophy of history transcends the conceptual determinism of modern historical philosophy,which makes us rethink the rejection of historical laws by contemporary historical philosophy and re-examine the deconstruction of objective reality by postmodern historical philosophy.Therefore,under the new historical background,facing the new "historical revolution",it is of great significance for the study of contemporary Marxism to return to Marx’s philosophy of "realistic history" itself,understand its theoretical essence,analyze its theoretical structure,advocate its theoretical effectiveness and reshape its theoretical position.
