People love to drink alcohol in china since ancient times, therefore,alcohol have great infact on our social life, Which lead to acohol culture. In other words, the history of alcohol is an epitome with the development of our society. It can be thought that it has something with the medicine.So the treatment with medincine has been produced. As time went by, the technology of the treatment has been improved.And also because of its sweetness to be liked by so many people. With the help of the sicience and people,it has many kinds of drinks and also the technology of making wine and curing dieases has been greatly improved. Nowadays alcohol has been regarded as the most important topic in our daily life. The thesis maily talk about the treatment with alcohol, medincine drink and the concept of alcohol in Tang Dynasty according to the record of history books.The thesis can be divided into six chapters.First, Introduction. It includes three aspects. First, it will introduce the present situation and limitation about alcohol. Second, it will mention the puropose and meaning of this thesis. Third, it talk something about the basic structures and it studying methods.Second, the origin of alcohol and the technology of making alcohol in history. It also can be divided into three parts:first, do some research into the origin of it. In this part we can cite an myth about its origin and comine what we had founded with others and finally we can tell the exact time of it, then we can probe the development of this technology. At last, the concept and understanding of alcohol in history. We think that concept and understanding about it plays an important role in peoples' mind. So it is necessary to choose this topic, because it has much influence on the development of Tang Dynasty in alcohol treatment.Third, it is the key points of this thesis. It tell the reader the development of alcohol curing in Tang Dynasty. It contains four parts. First making medcine with alcohol and its way to make it. The medcine use all kinds of alcohol and on the contrary, it has variety of making alcohol. We should know it before we talk about alcohol treatment. So we put it in the first place. Then we must know the producing and the development of alcohol theatment before Tang Dynasty because it is based on the former period. Furthermore, it absorbed the advantange of former times so that it is prospective nowadays. Finally the continue of alcohol treatment will be regareded as the most useful one.Forth. The alcohol treatment and its mind in health protection in our daily life around Tang Dynasty. This chapter has three parts. First, it introduce the festival about alcohol treatment in Tang Dynasty. The alcohol on this day should have protective factors so people can have a healthy body. Different festival have different alcohol. Second, alcohol treatment in Tang lives. Drinking alcohol is the common phenomena in Tang Dynasty. Third it is about alcohol treatment and drink alcohol from religin aspects. Such as in taoism and buddism. In this part, the alcohol treatment around taoism but it is broken down in buddism the attitude towards alcohol is a key point in this part.Conclusion. Tt will conclude the study meaning of this thesis so as to reveal the reflection of alcohol treatment.In a word, alcohol treatment is one of the tradtional curing ways in history. Its original reason formation and development of thers times have great influence on the Tang period. And also step to a new period with the development. It is alcohol that affect people's concept so that it creat a new way of drinking it and protect one in a different way.
