On The Relationship Between Li He Ghost Poems And Ancient Myths

Li He was a poet in the middle of Tang dynasty. He was died when he was only 27 years old. He left more than 240 poems to our, of which there were more than 80 wrote about ghosts and spirits, accounting for one third of his whole writing, which shows the special feeling about the supernatural subject. Li He's poem of ghosts and gods were completely different from traditional cultural psychology of ancient Chinese. So his poems couldn't obtain a fair evaluation for a long time. Now the research of Li He's poems has gained great achievement, but still fragmented and not go far enough. For this reason, I will try to study his poems of ghosts and gods. The research will include cultural background, Li He's personal experiences and physical and psychological characteristics. I also try to find the relationship between Li He's poems and ancient myths, analyze their use of materials on the myths and the deep ideology that his poems reflected.The content of this paper is as below:Chapter 1 explains the conception and pick up items about Li He's poems of ghosts and gods. In the current research, the works of Li He to write a ghost often be known as "Ghost Poems".The works of gods be known as "You Xian Shi".In fact, Li He's poems that write about gods is exceedingly different from "You Xian Shi".So in this paper, They will be called as"God Poem". When study his poems of ghosts and gods as a whole, the academic world start to appear a conception that is "Poem of Ghosts and Gods".In this paper I will adopt this conception.It including the works that the poems written gods or ghosts completely and the poems that a certain part of it written about gods or ghosts. Then pick up such poems according to this standard.Chapter 2 analyzes the content of Li He's poems of ghosts and gods. It contains ghost world, fairy world, the anxiety about time. Ghost world is subdivided into soul image and physical image of the death. In the poem of physical image,describing the image of death, Li He tend to create a gloomy atmosphere, but the soul of his poems often cordial, with feelings like human beings. This reflects Li He's unique life experience, He always felt the stress of the death,in this way he ease his fear of death. Meanwhile Li He described a beautiful and peaceful fairyland. It expressed a kind of idealism which is imaginable satisfacation of life.His poems have also doubts the authenticity of gods, denied the immortality of myth, which reflects Li He's thinking about gods, life and death issue. In addition, there is a very important part in Li He' poems of ghosts and gods, that is he often refered to the time, writes the eternal nature of time and human life is relatively transient, the poet felt the enormous stress from the time when he the time can be forever, reflecting Li He's fear of the death so he want life can be forever.Chapter 3 Study the relationship between Li He's poems of ghosts and gods and the ancient myth. It has two aspects. Firstly, starting from the text surface, research the material of the usage of the poem, the poem on the Li myth of material involved in a simple order. And examine the myth of Li in the original material for selection and combination of features shown. Secondly, the underlying text mining from which were hidden in the myth of ancient myth and human thought and original thinking of the similarity. Appropriate use Jung's theory of prototypes to prove, as individuals, Li worry about the living dead into account. Always felt the concept of linear time, the fate of life will be irreparable. The collective consciousness is unconscious is to the one-sided, ill and dangerous state, into a kind of balance. It is hard to identify among gods, ghosts and human being.who blurred the boundaries.Life transformation and recycling of the natural world, a kind of circular text deep hidden concept of time. That death is not the end of life, but the new opportunity. These are human beings in the mythology of the times early on with the collective unconscious. Therefore, Li He's poems of ghosts and gods by the strange and beautiful illusion model shows, not only the lives of individual sense of Li, but also contains the prototype of the collective unconscious, revealing thousands of years of human life, expresse the hope that life can exceed the death.
