Discussion On " Wu Bixia Phenomenon " Inspiration To A Singing Performer

A vocal player can not only sing the folk song naturally and smoothly, but also sing the western aria easily and freely. A voice and two structures at same time, this is the Wu-Bi-Xia phenomena which was concerned and debated seriously by music world nowadays. In terms of Wu-Bi-Xia phenomena, as well as comparison of similarities and differences of the three singing methods (i.e. bel canto, national and popular songs),this paper demonstrated that a vocal player could not only grasp the professional singing methods, but also grasp other singing methods and make its diversified development. In other word, it was completely possible to achieve the diversified development of singing methods if people are diligent in thinking, willing to update concept and boldly to practice.
