Chinese Russian is one of minority among 22 ethnic less than 10 million people, they mainly live in the North region, like Sinkiang Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, close with Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia. The Russians in Neimenggu mostly take Erguna City as their main inhabited areas and most of them there are the descendants of Russia colony or Russian colony intermarriage with the Han nationality. The earliest Russian colony began to move our territory in the mid-19th century. Ergun City is not only the relative concentration of Russian race, but also a multi-ethnic neighborhood. As the most two populous ethnic, Han nationality and Russian race normally got married, which established a new relationship between ethnic and language contact. But because of geographical barrier, Interracial marriages, combined with social changes and development of the times,Erguna Russian gradually lost relation from the original Russian in these 100 years, and the language of all levels had a certain degree of changes compared to the standard Russian.Erguna Russian is the only Indo-European Slavic languages in our country, it's a special cross-border language, and went through continued development by self adjustment, ultimately formed the unique features in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, intonation and many other aspects in the process of contacting with Chinese.Protecting, recording and describing this language have profound significance for the research of the historic linguistics of standard Russian, linguistic typology, as well as helpful for the protection to the nation, linguistic and cultural diversity. Now the people who use Erguna Russian are very small, only about second generation Russian who is seventy-year-old.However, these elderly will passed away and Russian was once mandatory abandoned due to historical reasons, which effect the third generation only understand few words and phrases, not to mention read, write. In fact, the fourth generation, fifth generation of Russians, they said and used in pure Northeastern dialect, so the language is facing the gradual demise. With the social development and progress of history, the national consciousness of Russians gradually wake, it reflects their strong sense of national identity and national pride in all aspects of social life, and their voice of restoring national identity are increasingly high. They want their national language and culture to get more attention, get heritage and development.Erguna Russian language and its culture developed and debugged in the process of contacting with Han language and culture, which result in it presented double features, that was different from Russian culture but also different from the Han culture, it mainly presented in close food, living, transportation, product way in material culture and the language, name, religion, idea, marriage customs festivals and other aspects in spiritual culture. The evolution process was full of rich chaotic factors, this characteristic which was formed by cross-effects showed self-similarity in layer and layer. So using of chaos theory could better explain this issue and provided new ideas and vision. As the most concentrated population of Russians,Linjiang village is very suitable for Erguna Russian Investigation and research. Through survey data collation, research and case analysis to the Linjiang field, we combined the basic theories and methods of linguistics,to describe and explore the current situation of Russian language use in Erguna, analyze the local Russian national psychology and language attitude, hoping to provide inspiration and reference for our present national policy change and development,as well as made our contributions for saving endangered languages in China and Erguna Russian culture accordingly.
