On The Optimization Of Folk Arts And Crafts Development System

Under the background of protecting and developing human material, intangible cultural heritage movement rising in the global and the construction of three dimensional rural issues, ethnic folk crafts as a state expression in protection of the diversity of traditional cultural and an effective way to solve the rural economy, its development becomes more and more important. However, the production of ethnic folk crafts is mainly in rural areas, and such facts like lack of funds, the characteristics of mainly manual make ethnic folk crafts to be the development status in low production efficiency, high cost and small profit margin, to a certain extent, it restricted people's initiative in participation of the development of ethnic folk crafts. Based on this, government of all levels to build a "field" on its development from the institutional level, make it achieve the integration of various resources in this effective"field"and play the social significance and economic function. However, the institutional settings are not unchangeable, but should be on the development goals of market and its economic to optimize continuously. This paper takes the development system of Yunnan folk crafts as an example, based on the analysis of decreasing the exchange of cost function to find its problems, and put forward the optimization proposalsThe main problems of the development system of Yunnan folk crafts now are: lack of specific development finance policy,human capital incentive is not enough, people's sense of property rights are weak and so on, which to some extent, restricted the development of ethnic folk crafts. In order to make our nations traditional culture capitalized effectively, it needs to optimize the existing development system, that it can utilize the including incentive facts to achieve the purpose of people-benefiting culture.The thesis is consist of introduction and four chapters.
