An Optimization Study Of The Cost Of Guangdong Television Documentary Project Traditional Chinese Medicine

The acceleration of China's TV marketization contributes to the increasingly prosperous documentary industry,as well as the establishment of documentary production management.The production of documentary is one of the examples of the typical project management.The application and popularization of pragmatic project management in documentary production will provide impetus to the rapid and reasonable development of documentary industry.Flow control,production time control and budget optimization,which reflect the ability of project management,are the tasks that every documentary producer needs to face.The application of budget optimization theory in the documentary production discussed within this study shall be able to refer to the facts of flow control,production time control and budget optimization,helping to promote the pragmatic management in the TV industry.This paper will firstly review the existing researches and results,including different theories of budget optimization,work breakdown structure,critical path methods.Then it will come to core part of this paper,which is adopting critical path method to optimize budget management of the documentary Chinese Medical Treatment.When conducting budget optimization of this documentary,the project is broken down into several processes,basing on which the critical path methods is adopted to illustrate the structures of the project.By using the network structure map,the excellence and practicality of network planning technique is demonstrated.Basing on the network structure map,the critcal tasks in the critical path is targeted,and then the direct cost rate and overhead rate of which are also calculated.The process of budget optimization is literally to target the critical task or combination with the least direct cost rate and combined direct cost rate as to shorten time duration,at the same time to consider the changes of direct and overhead cost resulted by shortened time duration,and eventually to come up with the best solution with least budget.By applying the budget optimization,the project Chinese Medical Treatment achieves the goal of lowering cost and shortening time duration.This paper also provides suggestions on strengthening the establishment of regulations,internal communication,project flow control,organizational management,project conflict management,as well as the reinforcement of quality control and public relationship management.
