On the one hand, it had the advanced feature of the constitutional concepts, such as the ideas about Local Autonomy and the theory of Civil Rights; on the other hand, it had many defects, such as more attention for the collective rights and the overlook about the rights of individuals. The theories of this period were the mixture of world's advanced Constitution. It has great influence for the china. I will discuss the process of the understanding, acceptance about the western constitution. This study will help the change from the Traditional political ideas to the modern Chinese politics.In short, the study about the Constitution is very miscellaneous and mess. So I will analyze and sum up the constitution of the period. Reasonable and unreasonable factors about the constitution during this period are all the object of this article.
