Attentional Blink is a phenomenon of studying mental activity from the time dimension, and it is palying an important role in the research of the mechanism of the selective attention and its stability. It requires individuals to identify the different stimulus in a rapid serial visual presentation. If we are only required to identify a target stimulus, we are able to report it correctly. If we are asked to identify the first target and the second target presented after the first target stimulation, we usually reduced the ability to identify the second target. The phenomenon is regarded as Attentional Blink. Domestic and foreign research data shows that 10% of children is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). ADHD children has certain defects in executive function and impairment in cognitive and emotional control. This deficit is embodied in the Attentional Blink. However, there is few research in this area, especially for the ADHD children. Therefore, this paper uses ADHD children and Attentional Blink paradigm, combined with emotional factors to examine the attentional characteristics and the psychological mechanisms of ADHD children from the dynamic point of view.In Experiment 1, we manipulate the first goal of the present time (70 ms,210 ms), the interval between the two targets (lag1, lag3, lag6) in Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) paradigm, using constant speed response mode to study the characteristics of Attentional Blink of ADHD children and normal children, especially the role of emotional factors. The results showed that:(1) Emotional information that is occupying the attention of some resources leads to greater impact on on ADHD children than normal children in poor Attentional Blink performance. (2) In all emotional conditions, the normal child's attentional blink performance is better than the group of ADHD children's achievement. In experiment 2, we manipulate the first goal of the present time (70 ms,210 ms), the interval between the two targets (lag1,lag3,lag6) in Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) paradigm, using accelerated speed response mode to study the characteristics of Attentional Blink of ADHD children and normal children, especially the role of emotional factors. The results showed that:(1)Children's Attentional performance without emotional conditions is better than the results in the emotional condition; children's Attentional performance in negative emotional conditions and neutral emotional conditions is better than the results in the active emotional condition.(2) When the T2 is showed in lag6 position, children's attentional blink is the best performance, and when the T2 is showed in lag6 position, children's attentional blink is the worst perfonnance That is, children's attentional performance has improved with the lag that is backward passeed. (3) The way accelerated speed response mode, the emotional information impact more on ADHD children, making the group of ADHD children's attentional blink perfonnance poorer than the group of normal children. (4) Wherever T2 is showed in any lag position, the Attentional Blink performance of ADHD children is worse than the normal children in negative emotion and positive emotions; while in no emotional condition and neutral emotional condition, only When T2 presented in lag3 and lag6 location, the group of ADHD children's attentional blink performance is worse than the group of normal children. In Experiment 3, we manipulate the targets stimulus interference (T1 interference, T2 interference), the interval between the two targets (lagl, lag3, lag6) in Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) paradigm, using constant speed response mode to study the characteristics of Attentional Blink of ADHD children and normal children, especially the role of emotional factors. The results showed that:(1) Children's attentional performance is improved when T2 is showed in lag6 position which is the key position, not in lagl position. (2) When the interference on the target items, the negative emotional infonnation leads to greater impact on the of children's Attention Blink performance. (3) Whatever in any condition, the group of normal children's Attentional Blink results are better than the group of ADHD children's attentional blink results.(1) Compared with the normal group of children, moving towards to the later lag, accelerated speed response mode has gradually alleviated the ADHD children's attention Blink.(2) Compared with normal group of children, ADHD children with attention Blink is the result of short-term memory deficiencies in the second stage of information processing.,(3) Compared with normal group of children, negative emotions aggravate the ADHD children's Attentional Blink.(4) Compared with normal group of children, the ADHD children's Attentional Blink phenomenon is likely due to the inhibition of irrelevant stimulus deficiencies when T1 and T2 are processed.
