Approached From Ge Liang Liang Xintianyou

Xintianyou ( a kind of Shanxi local melody;folksong popular in China's Northwest) is also called Shuntianyou,it orients from Shanbei plateau where is an amazing land. The laboring people in Shanbei use it to express themselves in the long history.Nowadays,how to perform Xintianyou better in the stage which is full of various and numerous arts has become a major topic for many scholars and artists.As a learner of Xintianyou for years,I want to probe into the scientific intonation of Xintianyou by studying one of representative songs—^Geliangliang)) and try to find a way to combine the modern scientific concept and traditional singing techniques,and to express its artistic characteristics accurately.This paper elaborates on the dialect,singing techniques,voice retouching and emotion expressing of Xintianyou by the experience of performing,the studying of documents and materials,the collecting and arrangement audio-visual materials and the interview and communication with experts.Xintianyou was a national treasure of China, and this won't change in the future.I wish I can make my own contribution to the continuity of it.
