China differs from western countries in the view of justice, for they have different social environment. In ancient China, the concept of Confucian "profit after the righteousness"and "remember what is right at the sight of profit"has been dominated all the time. Not till the recent times, Chinese people's view of profit has been modified. Although justice is yet one of the most important standards for evaluating a person's personality and a country's morality, the pursuit for profit has been accepted gradually by Chinese people. In western countries, ethical concepts of wealth are replaced by the ideology of utilitarianism step by step, and eventually the value system of"value material gains above justice"is established. Different view of justice leads to discrepancies in the foreign policies between China and the Western countries as well. Therefore, contradictories and conflicts arise from the misunderstanding of various policies. View of justice is the core of the value system. Dominant concepts of justice not only determine the target value of people and guidance of the society, but also influence the country's foreign policy making by affecting values of the ruling groups, politicians or thinkers. Therefore, we could predict one country's foreign policies on the basis of analysizing the view of justice. The purpose of this paper is to find a solution for weakening the differences on the view of justice between China and Western countries, in order to realize the harmonious and collaborative construction of the international society by reducing contradictories and conflicts.
