China 's Ancient View Of Justice And Benefit And Its Value In Socialist Market Economy

The debate on Chinese ancient righteousness and profit underwent the development of three stages from Qin Dynasty,Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasty, forming three main types of ideas. Looking on the whole, justice and righteousness is always the mainstream of the ancient ideas of justice and benefit,and Dai Zhen’s and Yan Yuan’s ideas about the righteousness and benefit is considered to be the most reasonable view. The traditional concept of justice and benefit is an important part of China culture.Under the condition of socialist market economy, carrying forward and developing the essential meaning of this thought has important value. Because that righteousness is one of the important contents of College Students’ outlook on life, we also must pay more attention to strengthen the students’ ideas by two means of moral and legal justice education.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is "the basic connotation of the concept of justice and benefit".It mainly introduces the connotation of righteousness and benefit,the relationship between righteousness and benefit, the origin of the concept of justice and benefit.Understanding of the ancient thought of justice and benefit correctly is a prerequisite of the paper.The second part "China ancient development of righteousness and benefit".This part introduces all kinds of ancient thoughts through the pre Qin Dynasty,Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasty, and makes a simple assessment for different thinkers’thought.The third part is"the value of China ancient outlook on righteousness and benefit under the condition of socialist market economy ".In this part,the author firstly makes a scientific evaluation on the ancient concept of justice and benefit, and then describes the modern value of ancient concept of justice and benefit from the development of the market economy, construction and personal perfection.The fourth part of "thinking" of contemporary college students’ Outlook on righteousness and benefit education.In this part,the author introduces the present situation and the background of current society’s and college students’outlook of righteousness and profit though, and puts forward countermeasures about education to college students’ righteousness and benefit view.
