Study Of Rural Women Victims Of Domestic Violence Legal Issues

The Rural women was family violence in our country has become widespread social phenomenon. Family violence endangered the rural women's physical and mental health, infringing upon the lawful rights and interests, they destroyed the social stability and development, has caused extensive concern of the whole society, this paper for domestic violence in rural women to view the main victim of related problems of research. In China, although some legal some clauses stipulated the related problems of domestic violence, but the overall perspective, related legal system is not perfect, the definition of family violence to domestic violence and the identification of nature of also has many disputes, rural family violence have not yet effectively stop, there are many worthy of discussion.This paper consists of four parts:the first part of main according to the domestic and international the different understanding of domestic violence and the legal definition of family violence, further defined the concept of domestic violence, and produce legal relationship.
