Research On Legalguarantee Of The Rural Left-behind Wonmen’s Rights

With the progress of industrialization and urbanization, as well as the society development, more and more rural surplus labors go to cities since the 80 s. A new group of people, the so-called "left-behind women", emerge along with the growing number of rural migrant workers.This special new group, which is important but forgotten, growing and will exist for a long time. They have to undertake the agricultural labor as well as taking care of the elderly and children, just because of the absence of their husbands. Although they suffer so much, but their property right, marriage rights, and social security rights and interests are easy to be ignored.The living situation of rural "left-behind women" is closely linked with the construction of a harmonious society, if this can’t be deal with properly, there will be a lot of problems. New socialist rural construction is to build harmonious society, countryside and families, so how to exploit the greater potential of rural left-behind women, maximally solve problems rural left-behind women facing, utilize the power of the rural left-behind women in the construction of a new socialist countryside and how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the rural left-behind women, become a hot spot of the governments. So research about them, especially the security of their legitimate rights, is significant. However, for now the situation of their legitimate rights’ security is not optimistic, and the legal system should be improved.This paper intends to introduce the legitimate rights’ security of rural "left-behind women" and study it from law. In this paper, we analyze current situation and find the source of problems mentioned above, then same reasonable solutions are put forward. First of all, the governments should take care of this special group while carrying out the people’s livelihood project, secondly, powerful and widely to network should be build to support them, which is more important and play an important role in the stabilization of rural society and in the construction of new socialist countryside.
