On China's Listed Companies' Information Disclosure To The Improvement Of The System

Our information disclosure system has been formed。It including laws, regulations and administrative rules, self-discipline, this terms of four levels. However, due to various reasons, our information disclosure system still exists many nonstandard phenomenon:information disclosure is not seasonable, inadequate disclosure of information, information disclosure untrue, information disclosure injustice situation happen from time to tome. This paper will focus on through ture cases of chinese listed companies, analyse the reason of legal system and its supervision.This paper first introduced into the introduction, subject to choose a background and meaning, the present situation and studied literature search method, through the methods, mainly from the information disclosure system concept and feature of the listed company talk about. The necessity of information disclosure system makes theoretical analysis.Secondly, enter listed companies on chinese information disclosure system.Analyse deeply on chinese listed companies. In this section, the author mainly use of case analysis methods to explain the problems of information disclosure of listed companies in China including information disclosure of untrue, inadequate and delay.Then analyse the causes of these phenomenons.Finally, the author recommed how to improve the information disclosure on chinese listed companies.In this part,how to improve the legal system,the supervision system, the company's internal control will be analysed deeply.
