Democratic participation of workers in state-owned enterprises, is a much more concerned issue to learn by recent years, and also a more controversial one, particularly as the rapidly reform wave of state enterprises, group events occurred in a more frequently process, which makes the workers who involved in the event a bigger concern once again, because the full participation of workers and employees from state-owned enterprises, and even to the grass-roots democracy and a socialist harmonious have a pivotal role. State-owned enterprise restructuring makes the corporate capital into the market into the state capital, workers become "market people" from the "masters", whether within state-owned enterprises in the management of democracy and how the interests of the workers are protected is an urgent need to discuss and study.After a literature study of this issue, I found the basic research in this field has focused on law and business management perspective, but from the perspective of political science research workers is insufficient, even controversial. Based on that consideration, this paper uses the theory of participatory democracy fundamental by political science perspective, to study the real problem which occurred in state-owned enterprises revolution. In this paper, X Design and Research Institute in Gansu Province as a case, and through the individual t questionnaire survey and interviews, from the perspective of political science analysis of democratic participation status of employees involved in, then after a corresponding summary and exploring on the factors causing this situation, finally reach to feasible path to improve the status, as for to map out the state-owned enterprise workers in tuff situations, even to help the democratic management of business units to provide basic business reference.This essay is divided into five sections:first, mainly to give out the basic problem, including background and significance, research status, to explain the core concepts, research ideas and methods, the paper's organizational framework, etc.; then introduce some changes before and after restructuring of state-owned enterprises, to pave a way for the whole paper; Second, the paper analyzes the main part of the main issues, including two chapters, the main sense of participation, ability, behavior and content of participation, the four perspectives to do the case research, analyze the current status of workers involved in, and then explore the reasons for the plight of workers involved in; Final is the main stage to solve the problem, from the reason of the condition and the corresponding analysis of the countermeasures give out the suggestions to improve the democratic participation of workers, which are promoting democratic governance and national business development of grassroots democracy, promote social doctrine of Harmonious Society.
