Deng Xiaoping's Social Stability Thought

To maintain stability is the internal laws of social development and necessary requirement of modernization goals ,and also is the fundamental premise for a country and nation to the great rejuvenation.For China, whicn is a vast territory, large population ,unbalanced economic and cultural development, the complex social structure of developing country, social stability is more important. Therefore,in leading the process of China's reform and opening up and modernization, Deng Xiaoping always adhere to the "rule of stability," and believe that "the best interests of China is stability." Therefore uphold the stability and unity of our country's political stiuation effectively, and also push forward the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics continuously.At the present stage, our county is not only in the crucial period of modernization ,but also in a dramatic period of social change, various contradictions and problems emerge in endlessly,social instability increased significantly. Whether can understand and handle complex social contradictions of new time correctly, safeguar stability and unity of nation, relate to the success or failure of socialist modernization directly.
