On The Ideological And Political Education For Rural Party Members In The New Period

At the 16th Party Plenum, according to the demands of "production development, life affluent, custom civilized, country clean and tidy,management democratic" the Communists decided to set up a new socialist countryside goal. Founding a new socialist countryside is from the overall situation of socialist modernization, and in order to meet economic and social development, which is a major and urgent strategic task. The Seventeenth Party Congress report reinforced this idea. As a developing country with majority of farmers, agriculture, rural areas and farmers are always the important issues to socialist revolution and modernization. We can not successfully complete this task without the peasant active participation. As the advanced elements of rural peasants, the rural Communists are working in the first line of agricultural production for a long-term, therefore, they are the bridge between the government and farmers, as well as the backbone of the rural economic. So their ideological and political quality will directly affect the level of building a moderately society and the process of building a new socialist countryside. How to make the rural Communists further strengthen their ideological and political education, in order to make them deeply aware of their historic mission, and can led the 900 million farmers share our common goals, work hard, and eventually make a positive contribution to smoothly realize the Central Committee's task, is becoming an important issue for us to resolve.In this paper, the author combines theory method with practical method, and then makes a preliminary study of this subject. This Paper is divided into preamble and four parts:the main idea of the preamble is to tell readers the research significance, status, ideas and approaches, innovations and shortcomings of this article. The first part describes the important strategic position of the strengthening the rural Communists'ideological and political education; the second part analyzes the problems which exists at the present stage of ideological and political education; the third part analyzes the reasons which cause this problems from the angle of social history, the primary Party organizations, and the party's own terms; the fourth part comes up with strategies and suggestions to strengthen ideological and political education of rural Communists.
