The Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Rural Party Members’ Ideological And Political Education Since The 18th National Congress

Agriculture,countryside and peasants are always fundamental issues relating to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Rural grassroots party members who are on the first-line in rural reform,development and stability play an important role in accelerating rural economic development,ensuring the goal of building a new socialist countryside and a moderately prosperous society in all respects is met on schedule.Rural grassroots party members play a role as a bridge between the government and farmers.So their ideological and political quality will directly determine the countryside basic-level party organization ’s key role if playing action and affect the process of building a moderately prosperous society and a new socialist countryside.Since the 18 th National Congress,China’s economic and social development and reform and opening up have entered a new historical stage.All kinds of ideology and culture are in exchanges and exchanges,various values and social ideological trends are complicated,which bring people an active thought and the views of health and decay,progress and backwardness are intertwined.These will certainly influence the rural party members.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the 19 th National Congress has pointed out the direction of the Party building and put forward new requirements for further strengthening the construction of Grass-roots Party organizations,moreover,it has made new work arrangements relating agriculture,countryside and peasants :pursuing a rural vitalization strategy.Thus,how to strengthen the ideological and political education of the rural grassroots party members,in order to make them firm ideal and faith,adapt to the new situation and new changes of objective requirements,and can lead the broad masses of people to fairly well-off,is becoming an important issue for us to study urgently.Based on the reality of rural economic and social development,this article make some tentative suggestions on how to strengthen the rural party members’ ideological and political education effectively at present by combining with the spirit of the 18 th and 19 thNational Congresses.The article is divided into five parts:.Part I: Introduction part shows introduces the purpose and meaning of the subject,research status and research innovation.Part II: Defining the relevant concepts of the rural grassroots party members’ ideological and political education,which help the readers realizing the urgency and importance of the rural grassroots party members’ ideological and political education.Part III: Making analysis of the historical background of the rural party members’ ideological and political education since the 18 th National Congress,pointing out the current opportunities and challenges.Part IV: Based on the visit and investigation of ZhangLu Ji town,analyzing the present situation of the rural party members’ ideological and political education in order to evaluate the rural party members’ ideological situation,identifying problems,and analyze the reasons.Part V: Providing some advice and suggestions according to the existed problems from awareness,content,Party construction,methods and mechanisms.
