As a private law legislated on the basis of Civil Rights, Chinese Property Law still has a close relationship with Chinas political system. Analyzed within the scope of Citizens, Society and the State, the Property Law is taken into discussion in the view of political science in this thesis, which attempts to construct a harmonious relationship among Citizens, Society and the State, in order to prevent interests conflicts between Citizens, to coordinate the balance between individual interests and public interests, and to drive the integration of Citizen and the State Value.The balance of the interests among Citizens, Society and the State, as the value orientation of the Property Law is concluded, which is based on the analysis of the political background of the Property Law's issue, and of the value trade-offs encountered conflicts between the values in the following relationships, which are embodied in the Property Law: citizens and freedoms among Citizens, Civil Liberties and Social Order, as well as Civil Liberties and State's Justice.In addition, as the points reflected in the Property Law, a private law with nature of public law, the formal and substantive equality relationship among Citizens, unity of opposites between Citizen and Society, as well as the relationship between ends and means under the equal status of Citizens and the State are discussed further.Finally, some significant positive effects and some negative problems about Property Law are summarized in this thesis. With regard to the former, it's good for the regulation the relationships among Citizens, Society and the State, improvement the citizens'awareness of political participation, standardization administrative actions, guidance the construction of political theory and promotion the construction of Chinas constitutional system. At the same time, the existing problems are mentioned such as the indistinct limits in rights and obligations, public and private law confusion, lack of implementation of the system.
