Actually it involves the application and the exercise of the executive power. Thus the study of registration of real estate has both academic and practical values. This paper analyzes the theory and legal system of the registration of real estate, and also supposes suggestions, in order to provide theoretical references for the establishment of the system.This paper consists of the following parts:The first part mainly shows the theoretical theory of the registration of real estate, defines the definition, character, effects and meanings of the registration of real estate, and also defines the registration of real estate as administrative action.The second part discusses the authority, process of registration and forms of review of the registration process of real estate by reviewing the rules and practice of the registration of real estate.The third part analyzes the remedy ways of mistakes in the registration of real estate.The last part analyzes the liability to compensate of the authority of registration of real estate.
