Victims Of Crime Assistance System To Study

Since a long time, in our country and the world of the criminal law theory and practice, we like to protect the suspects from the point of them, with little relief of victims from the view of them. But in the real life, criminal victims in all aspects of the embarrassment of the status can not be ignored, it is worrisome. So, based on the needs of the protection for the concept of fairness and justice, in order to meet the expectation of victims in the plight for the acts of the state, the state should rescue the criminal victims through certain procedures.The article includes four chapters in all. ChapterⅠintroduced the concept, characteristics of the state relief systems for the victims of crime and discussed the relationships between it and other relevant systems, then put forward my own opinion on its. ChapterⅡintroduces the historical development, presented the provisions of the state relief systems for victims in other nations and Chinese Taiwan, and then give my opinion, point out what we can learn from them. ChapterⅢdiscussed the legal basis and value. Chapter IV discussed the necessity and practical difficulties. And then put forward my suggestions in setting up our national state relief system for victims of crime according to the reality of our own nation.
