Protecting And Conniving Mafia Crime Subjective Elements Of The Problems, Research And Analysis

Nowadays, any nation, any government, any judicial organs in the world can not tolerate the ever-increasing gangdom-organized crimes which leads to the losses of social order, the popularity of underlying rules, the greater income gap and the social inequality. Therefore, for the purposes of normalization of the social order and the reconstruction of the social recognition, it is of great significance for the Chinese government at all levels to have the crime crackdown. This thesis, through the analysis of some gangdom-organized crime cases, tries to offer some advice and suggestions for the crime crackdown activities.
