Lenin's Rural Development Theory Study

In the process of leading the revolution and construction in Russia, realizing that Russia is a peasant power and an agricultural country, Lenin attached importance to Russia's "agriculture, rural area and farmers"problem, and formed a more systematic thinking of rural development. But the emphasis of the current academia on it is not enough, neither researching it systemically, nor fully tapping the value of the theory. This paper intends to interpret the theory of Lenin's theory of rural development, explore the enlightenment for our new countryside construction, to better promote the building of new countryside in China.This text is divided into four parts. The first part is the conformation and development of Lenin's rural construction theory, which includes the formation and development of Lenin's theory of rural development. That is to say, Marx and Engels discussed issues related to rural development, including the need to accelerate rural development based on agricultural development, to promote harmony between urban and rural, to promote the interests of farmers, and its practical basis and historical context.The second part is the basic implication of Lenin's rural construction theory, which is the focus of this paper. This section discusses five aspects as follows:the strategic significance of the rural construction is the restoration and development of the national economy, the material basis to consolidate the worker-peasant alliance and the new regime, and the inevitable choice to maintain social stability and improve the life of the peasants; the overall layout of the rural development; the organization carriers of rural development. Farmers Cooperative; the basic driving force of rural building, including the enthusiasm of farmers, agricultural science and technology advancement, institutional innovation in rural areas:an important guarantee for rural development is state support and city support.The third part is the historical value of Lenin's rural construction theory. One is its theoretical value, that is, innovating and developing the theory of Marx and Engels's rural development; the other one is its practical value, guiding the development of agricultural production of Soviet Union and having a profound impact on rural development of other socialist countries, especially China.The fourth part is the practical inspiration of Lenin's theory of rural construction, including putting rural issues on a prominent position of the socialist construction, adhering to the farmers in rural areas construction, fully promoting rural development, developing modern agriculture as the primary task of rural development. focusing on improving the degree of organization of farmers, and so on. The innovation of this paper maybe mainly shows the intrinsic link between Lenin's theory of rural development and rural development theory of Marx and Engels, systematically interprets Lenin's theory of the basic implication of rural construction, goes deep into discuss the enlightenment of Lenin's theory of rural development to new rural construction.
