Research On Moral Construction In Rural Revitalization Strategy

The strategy of rural vitalization was proposed in the 19^thCPC National Congress.It is an overall plan focusing on long term development of rural development that fits the demand of Chinese development in the new era following the strategies of Building a new socialist countryside and building beautiful rural area.Rather than a simple revision for previous rural development strategy,it is a general layout which not only includes the vitalization and development of rural economy and society,but also includes that of rural moral.Moral education constriction in rural vitalization is a significant part in rural vitalization for it plays the role of direction,regulation and promotion in it.The Communist Party of China has gradually expanded its prioritizes in terms of rural policy,from implementing Land Reform in revolution times and at the beginning of People's Republic of China founding to practicing rural people's commune and household-responsibilitysystem,abolishingagriculturaltaxandconstructingnew countryside,especially the strategy of rural vitalization proposed recently.During the process,economic production always being the core of the policy.The CPC puts more attention to the rural spiritual civilization and moral construction,which not only meets the demand of comprehensive development,but also based on the rural area reality in China's vast countryside.Through analyzing and thinking,I draw main conclusions in my paper:First of all,rural vitalization is a comprehensive and systematic strategy,in which rural spiritual civilization and moral construction being one of the significant factors that concerns the success of the vitalization strategy.However,rural spiritual civilization and moral construction is a complex and challenging at the same time.If we want to strengthen the rural moral education,we must realize both obligatory and actual issues in countryside construction,being practical and realistic all the time,clarifying the problem and find the reason,acting appropriately to the situation,correcting the direction by taking overall consideration and sticking to the rural construction with persistence.We also need a strategic vision and sufficient wisdom and tolerance to treat and cope with traditional rural moral in an appropriate manner,stimulating the enthusiasm,initiative and creativeness of peasants.Although we can neither getting instant result by changing negative moral relevant factors in current rural area nor establishing a code of ethics that fit for socialism value and Chinese nation traditional virtue,we can make some progress in rural moral construction by adhering to a down-to-earth working style.In this way,we will make contributions to Chines rural vitalization and socialism modernization.
