These reflect the organic unity between the principle and flexibility. The third section discusses mainly Ben-Gurion's immigration thought and practice between 1945 and 1948. In the postwar under the international environment of British Jude relations is growing tension, on the one hand Ben-Gurion thought of the right of immigration to Palestine as the jews'survival guarantee, and he putted forward radical immigration requirements to Britain in the United States, the survival and guarantee in diplomacy with radical attitude to Britain; On the other hand took radical struggle means to cause violence in the Palestine unceasingly, gradually improved violence level, and actively led illegal immigrants, which commissioned the serious confrontations with ruling Britain authority.
