Study Of The Protection Of Our Police Enforcement

Police law enforcement protection is the basic security which protect the normal performance of official duties. It's operating system involves policy, legal, judicial, social, media and other aspects. As the strong backing of the police duty, Chinese police law enforcement protection is gradually to the direction of specialized institutions and professional protection. But there are still inadequate, such as low level in the legislation, poor law enforcement operational norms, rights organizations are not strongly, directly brought the multiple problems of assaulting the police, resulting in infringement of police personal rights, police authority and social order of decline in poor.In this thesis, the entry point is assaulting police. I will analysis the main reasons of assaulting the police. By comparing the police around the world and learn the advanced experience of law enforcement protection system, I will generalize the defect of police law enforcement protection, and for the inadequacies of law enforcement protection, to improve and perfect to explore and propose measures to build.
