Singapore People's Action Party Grassroots Organizations Of Social Construction And Management

Currently , the modern socio-economic developping rapidly, social organization structure adjusting constantly ,ethos and ideology also experiencing profound changes, which has taken a lot of new phenomena and new problems to grassroots construction. Its original forms, functions and method can not fully meet the social development and the needs of the masses.The grassroots can not effectively play the role of the bridge between party and masses,cultivate social forces ,safeguarding social stability ,etc . In response, the Party and the Government has put forward the idea of building a socialist harmonious society, and explicitly written into the Party and government documents on many occasions, the academia and industry has started to explore the relevant theoretical and practical exploration. So it has important meanings in both theory and practice to see about and analyze the adjustment of foreign grassroots,to anatomize the mechanism of foreign grassroots.2009 marks the Singapore People's Action Party has reached 50 years of Singapore and the People's Action Party in this period, all achieved a great success. A very important reason is that the PAP has been relying on the strength of the regime to build and improve the grassroots continually with the social changes since came to power. The grassroots is not only the effective way to contact with the masses and serve the masses,but also an important tool for enhancing social cohes .This dissertation hackles the PAP-ed grassroots'history, focus on the CCCs ,the CCMCs, and the RCs, anatomizes the structure and mechanism of them, reveals that the PAP enhanced its vitality and influence, won and consolidated political power, successfully led the social construction through the reform of the grassroots, identifies areas that we can draw lessons on the basis of analysising and comparising of the two countries national conditions.This dissertation mainly exerts the Marx's historical materialism to guide. The adjustment and optimization of the grassroots is linked to the Singapores'history, so this article is based on the specific circumstances and the social reality of Singapore, strives to grasp the historical process, analyzes on the historical facts, especially first-hand materials, and does some empirical analysies and research based on the literature,refers to structure and function analysis method functionalism appropriatively.As the focus is to offering reference for the Chinese Communist Party's own grassroots organizations and grass-roots community building, this article strives to grasp the characteristics of Singapore's history and culture, based on the analysis of comparative perspective. Analysising the internal mechanism of Singapore's grass-roots organizations and its functions from the both aspects of parties building and social construction is the main features and innovation points of this article.
