The Influence Of Network Public Opinion On Judicial Trial And The Countermeasures

With the development of the internet technology and the increase in the number of Internet users, the online public opinion has become an important way to express and supervise the judicial activities. On the one hand, supervision by public opinion can make judicial activities more open, on the other hand, as a result of lack of judicial credibility and disadvantages of network public opinion, trial by media occurs frequently, which has a bad affect on the independent adjudication and judicial fairness.
