On The Protection Of The Suspects' Litigation Right

When people have been the case in recent years, the suspect is not lawful authority decisions and injustices have occurred, their legal right to security issues in the Criminal Procedure Code academia has become a hot issue. Especially under the protection of human rights and more attention of the environment, one of the important rights litigation rights as a suspect to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, should be improved and perfected. Non repudiation, the protection of procedural rights of criminal suspects is not perfect influenced by the traditional culture theory and current situation in our country. There is a certain gap especially in the advanced theory and legal compared with foreign counterparts. Through the comprehensive analysis of the problem, drawing reference to foreign research theory, issues related to protection of the rights of criminal suspects the existence of litigation and gives perfect proposal. We hope to be able to enhance the enough attention to this problem in the legislation field and the judicial field, and gradually establish a suitable mode for China’s criminal procedure development requirements of the procedural right of the suspect.
