Judicial Reform In Contemporary China And Its Path Choice

Judicial reform of China’s socialist legal system is a self-improvement process, judicial reform is a daunting task that requires after a long process. In the new situation comprehensively deepen reform of the judicial arena has also been pushed to the era of comprehensive reform, the Third Plenary Session of the Party’s eighteen, the Fourth Plenum of the times but also judicial reforms put forward a clear goal and direction. This paper analyzes the background of contemporary Chinese judicial reform, discusses the necessity for judicial reform. Combined analysis of the current status of Justice, the problems come to our judicial. In the new situation comprehensively deepen reforms and put forward the goal of contemporary judicial reform, namely the value of the goal-justice and judicial efficiency, system goal- independence of the judiciary. In the above, based on the author proposes a path of contemporary Chinese judicial reform should be a top-down, vertical management, promote unity and implement decentralization reform path while strengthening external oversight.
