The birth of the Internet opened the curtain of the information age,and changing aspects of social life profoundly. Accompanied by a sharp increase in audience, Internet industry has become a sunrise industry to support the healthy and stable development of the national economy. The emergence of the Internet makes people’s production and life has undergone earth-shaking changes, it brought to mankind high quality of life but also gives us a huge amount of wealth. However, in the Internet industry booming, while the attendant problems have been exposed, in recent years, popular concern about Internet business monopoly is one of them. Qihoo v. Tencent case of abuse of market dominance occurs is how to regulate the Internet companies to push the issue to the cusp of monopoly. Full competition is the driving force of an industry sustained and healthy development, but the competition is bound to have a monopoly, and the Internet industry is no exception. How to regulate Internet companies’ monopolistic behavior, promote the orderly development of the Internet industry, safeguard the legitimate interests of the majority of Internet users, is worthy of our legal scholars-depth study.
