| Funds for investment of securities plays a very important role in Chinese Securities Market and economics. But in the past nearly 20 years practice experience, there are some systemetic problem which acting as obstacles in the way of Funds development, after investigation and research, and based on study of foreign practice experience, I found that to establish an efficient Laws Institution is a good way to keep Funds Industry develop smoothly and finally get brilliant achievements which will make contribution to our economic development.My reseach is operated based on analyzing the problems and reasons(which led problems) of Funds for Investment on Securities, theories of Corporate Governance, Funds development experience in USA, United Kingdom and that of Japan, and it’s proved in the Chapter 3 that this reserarch has its realistic significance. Based on above, the conclusion was reached in my research that consummation on Laws constitution is eagerly required to protect the healthy development of Funds for investment of securities industry. finally proposals are presented in Chapter 5 to solve the key problems existing in our market. |
