A Study On The Legal Protection Of Personal Information In The Big Data Age

With the arrival of big data era, the personal information of citizens becomes more and more important. However, because the current legal situation cannot meet the requirement for the protection of the information society, the personal information of citizens is faced with great threat. By investigating and analyzing the current situation of individual information protection in the big data era, this paper discusses the existing problems and the factors of the problems of the personal information protection in the big data era, defining the application range of personal information, by learning from the protection mode of personal information in other counties, conclude the personal information protection mode based on comprehensive legislative and thus come up with the basic path of the personal information security protection in the big data era from the introduction of the special Personal Information Protection Law, the improvement of protection measures for the personal information in the big data era and other aspects.
