Legal Analysis Of State Subsidy In Photovoltaic Industry

PV industry as an emerging energy industry, for our future sustainable development has the great significance. In recent years the development of the domestic photovoltaic industry encountered difficulties, to some extent which is caused by not fully doing research in the country about the industry, eagering to build Photovoltaic projects,and developing not perfect photovoltaic industry subsidy system. In this paper, two typical cases show the current predicament of the PV industry, combined with the current subsidy system PV-depth analysis, which reveals PV subsidy institutional deficiencies. For the deficiencies, the author proposes to increase in legislation the principle of subsidiarity, necessary conditions of selected subsidy objects and improve the subsidy system of supervision, in order to provide reference for improving China’s PV subsidy system.
