A Study On Community Participation In Urban Floating Population

With the development of economy in China, more and more floating population into cities to work and live, they are already important groups in the city and we can’t ignore them. The floating population into community management is an important and efficient method. Community participation is the fundamental driving force and an important index of community management and community development, how to promote the city floating population community participation has become an important subject of study. Let the city flowing population to recognize themselves as part of a community, give full play to the subjective initiative of floating population of residents, let them participate in activities and community building, can not only cultivate the floating population community consciousness, promote them as soon as possible into the community, also can be to actively promote the healthy development of the community.This article first has carried on the analysis to the city of floating population community participation significance; secondly to floating population gathered more in the integration of urban and rural Q community as an example, the floating population community participation investigation, summed up the main problems of Q community floating population community participation; third, to the Q community floating population community involvement appear analysis of the problem and find the reasons; finally, some suggestions were put forward for the city of floating population community participation.
