| New urbanization requires efforts to promote balanced development,adhere to people’s urbanization as the core,and speed up the citizenization of the population transferred from agriculture and animal husbandry,which is the primary task of new urbanization.It is an inevitable requirement for breaking the urban-rural dual structure,promoting the urban-rural circulation and building a new development pattern to promote the integration of people from agriculture and animal husbandry into cities,improve the quality of urbanization,promote social fairness and justice,and expand the scale of middle-income groups.At present,the number of agricultural migrants in Lhasa continues to expand,but it is affected by institutional factors,culture,society,differences in population of agricultural and livestock migration,and its level of urban integration has not been substantially improved.Factors such as survival pressure,social exclusion and cultural adaptation constantly impact the psychological defense of agricultural migrants,and hinder their integration into the city.Under the background of new urbanization,it is of great significance to improve the community participation level of agricultural migrants to promote deep integration.First of all,taking community participation as the breakthrough point,we sort out the relevant literature that affects the urban integration of the transferred population of agriculture and animal husbandry in Lhasa;Secondly,the index system of urban integration of Lhasa’s agriculture and animal husbandry transfer population is constructed,and the status quo of urban integration of Lhasa’s agriculture and animal husbandry transfer population is further explored and the problems in urban integration are found through questionnaire and data analysis.Finally,taking community participation as independent variables,economic integration,psychological integration and living space integration of urban integration as dependent variables,and social interaction as intermediary variables to construct structural equation model,this paper explores the influence path of community participation on urban integration of agricultural and pastoral migrants through social interaction.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The urban integration level of Lhasa’s agricultural and pastoral migrants is good,and the integration of each dimension from high to low is psychological integration,living space integration,and economic integration.The agricultural and pastoral migrants’ satisfaction in different places is high,but the pressure of economic support for urban life is high;(2)The community participation of Lhasa’s agriculture and animal husbandry transfer population has a significant positive impact on its urban integration.The higher the community participation,the stronger the level of urban integration.(3)Social interaction plays a part of intermediary role in the community participation and urban integration of the population transferred from agriculture and animal husbandry,that is,the stronger the social interaction,the stronger the psychological integration.Therefore,the greater the role of community participation in their psychological integration.However,the analysis of the influence of community participation on the social spatial integration and economic integration of the population transferred from agriculture and animal husbandry in Lhasa through social interaction failed.Based on the research conclusion,to improve the urban integration level of agricultural migrants in Lhasa,we should give full play to the role of community foundation and improve the quality and efficiency of management and service.Deepen ethnic exchanges and exchanges,and enhance the happiness of integration into the city;Expand the social communication network and promote farmers and herdsmen to integrate into the city;Join the community to participate in interaction and realize multi-dimensional integration of society and culture. |
