A Study On The Mode Of Administrative Discourse From The Media

In public administration sight,the discourse can express not only the practice of the world, but also to reflect and construct the world in terms of significance. The mode of administrative discourse is a relatively fixed rules system,which formed in the process of public administration,public administration subject through repeated practice of social language and its structure and process,to expression and policy practice.From traditional media era to the era of we media, the continuous development of media made the "monologue" administrative discourse mode to occupy the mainstream public domain,However, with the advent of the era of we media,there have put forward urgent requirements of diversification, openness and equality of language environment for the administrative discourse mode from "monologue" to "dialogue".The mode of administrative discourse in China has both the elements of monologue and dialogue.Some efforts of the government to protect the rights of citizen discourse shows that The mode of administrative discourse in our country is actively to the dialogue type administrative discourse mode.But in reality,administrative discourse mode of our country still have some problems does not adapt to the era of we media.According to the specific problems, this paper puts forward the specific strategies,so as to promote the multiple consultation and dialogue by government led.This means a great deal to construct Chinese characteristics of administrative discourse mode.
