Research On The Effect Of Humanized Management On The Transformation Of Female Criminals

The prison management with humanity is a symbol of modern civilization and progress of the supervision activities. The prison of humanized management of criminals is an innovation in China’s judicial practice, but also an important area for research on prison prisoner management. In recent years, with the rapid development of society, a spurt of progress of economic development, and the popularity of compulsory education and higher education level, females gradually go out from traditional family and go into the labor market. Meantime, ratio of female crime has increased accordingly.Now, the implementation of humanized management of female prisoners has become an important research topic in current criminal management. So in the course of implementing the humanized management on female to make criminals have a sense of identity on law, urge the female prisoners ideologically remould themselves and push their interests and requirements are the same. Impel them adopt a positive attitude to comply with the law in the behavior, even as the necessary condition for maintaining their survival.This paper describes the prison the humanization management background and significance, then introduces the humanistic prison management practical significance and research status at home and abroad, and finally introduces the research ideas and methods.The second part of this paper introduces the concept of prison humanized management based on the theory of humanism, Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of needs, the protection of human rights of criminals and the theory of psychological correction theory.The third part of this paper introduced from practical work, the prison humanization management is put forward and the implementation of the reform of criminals has at least three active roles:to protect the legal right of criminals, treatment of psychological problems, to improve the incentive system of prison, to strengthen law enforcement civilization and construction of the prison culture.The fourth part of this paper studies through the analysis of basic situation and current situation of Shanghai Women’s Prison management. In view of the existing problem of the management of female prisoners of our country and physiological and psychological characteristics, the role of assessment in the prison test of the humanized management, to analyze the problems and causes of humanized management of female prisoners.The fifth part of this paper studies humanized management of some representative developed countries and regions. We can learn the advanced management experience and scientific methods, in order to explore management methods of female prisoners in line with China’s national conditions.The sixth part of this paper brings forward what kind of standard humanized management on female needs, the necessity to obtain the identity from families of the victims and the social, and how to resolve the conflict between labor reformation of female prisoners and humanized management, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of humanized management.
