The Contermeasures And Challenges Of Public Security Supervision Under The Ideology Of Humanized Management

Under the concept of Humanized management,with the steady progress of the management system reform of the public security supervision institution,as well as the expansion of the opening up and social supervision,Humanized management measures have gradually been understood and accepted by the public.However,as the Humanized management system has not yet been formed and standardized,the implementation of Humanized management depends too much on the personal behavior of public security supervisors,which greatly affects the effect of Humanized management.The supervision and police officers 'understanding of Humanized management has been weakened at various levels,the degree of cognition,business ability and management level of the supervision team have been different,the system of division of custody has been imperfect,and the scientific evaluation and analysis system has been missing.The lack of police force and other objective factors that are difficult to change in a short period of time have led to the failure of the main body of law enforcement management of public security institutions to accurately grasp the connotation and scale of Humanized management,and have also led to the occurrence of detainees without fear of supervision,confrontation with discipline,and unrepentant.Supervise the new management issues such as stringency of police work and pressure increase.How to make the detainees feel humane care,do not fear the prison,and be adequately guarded and punished,and stay in awe of the prison and dare not commit crimes again.The study believes that On the basis of accurately defining the connotation of Humanized management and clarifying the relationship between strictly standardized law enforcement and Humanized management,a scientific and perfect Humanized management system should be formed,so that the implementation of Humanized management can reduce the degree of dependence on manpower.It is a preliminary study of the strategy to deal with the problems and challenges posed by Humanized management.
