Research On Lenin’s Ideology Of Proletarian Party Organization Construction

In leading the Russian Communist Party to take power,Lenin actively explored how to build a strong and unified proletarian political party.He put forward a series of ideas,which constitute Lenin’s thoughts on the organization and construction of proletarian political parties.Under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism and combined with Lenin’s era background,this paper studies Lenin’s thoughts on the organization and construction of proletarian political parties by comprehensively using the methods of literature research,inductive analysis,and others.First of all,this thesis analyzes the formation process of Lenin’s thoughts on the organization and construction of proletarian political parties from the historical conditions in which Lenin was located and profoundly expounds that Lenin’s thoughts of organization and construction is the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels’ thoughts on the organization and construction of proletarian party.To a certain extent,it borrowed from the rational ideas of the Second International Social Democrats.At the same time,the paper analyzes the practical background of Lenin’s organization construction thought combining with Lenin’s experience in leading the communist proletarian revolution and his governance experience in Russia.Secondly,this dissertation intensively studies Lenin’s important works,articles,reports and letters from the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union to the leadership of the Russian Communist Party,sorted out Lenin’s discussions on the organization and construction of proletarian political parties in various periods,and summaries the four requirements of Lenin’s thoughts on the organization and construction of proletarian political parties and they are listed as follow.1.the party should carefully examine the applicants for joining the party when accepting new members,and earnestly inspect the personal qualities of probationary members.It should always keep the pure of the party’s team and proceed regular rectification and cleanup.2.As the vanguard of the organization,the Party must be highly unified in organization.It is necessary to formulate the correct party program and constitution and standardize the party’s construction and activities.it must resolutely oppose factional activities within the party.3.Put forward a series of important opinions on the construction of the cadre team,which requires party cadres to have socialist convictions,be well educated and trained,have knowledge,be independent and responsible,and are capable to do a good job around new tasks.4.The party’s organizational construction must adhere to democratic centralism.Democratic centralism is not only a scientific and feasible organizational principle,but also an organic and unified organizational system of democracy and centralization.There is no doubt that Lenin’s thought of proletarian party organization construction has an important historical position,but it also has certain historical limitations.Dialectically analyzing Lenin’s thought of proletarian party organization construction from both positive and negative aspects has certain reference significance for promoting the organization construction of the communist party of China in the new era.
