Democracy is a trend, no one can go forward with great strength and vigour, barrier. Modern social democracy has been widely pursued, and other values are the same, democracy has a certain degree of universal. The ideal is beautiful, but the price of democratization is enormous.. As Samuel Huntington, a famous American political scientist, said: "modernity is stable, but it can cause instability.." Chaos situation throughout the development of democracy in the world, Asia, Africa and Latin America after the hair model democracy in the process of democratic transition are in a democratic and social state are turmoil and the process of democratization for these developing countries pay a heavy price. Modern nations of the world, has experienced the three democratic process, every time is how many will affect some countries. However, the first two waves of democratization process in occurred in varying degrees to non democratic transition, namely the resurgence. When the 1974 broadcast from Lisbon radio broadcast the song of the mountains, the modern world of the third wave of democratization is incredible in the beginning of the. Overall, as a trend, the pursuit of democracy in every country has evolved into a global movement.. In the past decades, the Democratic wave swept Europe, Latin America, sweeping across Asia, crushed the Soviet regime. In 1974, nine times out of ten South American countries is non democratic governments, and by 1990 and nine times out of ten countries through democratic elections produced a government. However, even so, the third wave of democratization is still full of instability and unrest phenomenon. In the Huntington referred to as "the third wave of democracy tide" has over the past 30 years since the seventies of the last century started from Asia, Africa and Latin America region in which some countries are still experiencing sustained coups and turmoil. 2013 July 4, since the start of the coup in Egypt, has let the has a history of 7000 years of civilization riddled with problems, not only of the Egyptian national political economy especially tourism, causing the damage is irreparable, but also cause the whole world of the butterfly effect. At the same time far away in the south of Thailand recently to a military coup has also been seriously damaged the political and social stability, in the eyes of people democracy is voting and street downtown, which has been a serious departure from the original intention of democracy by the people. According to estimates by Freedom House, 1973, 32% of the world’s population lives in a free country, 1976, because India imposed a state of emergency, this figure dropped to less than 20% to 1990, by contrast, nearly 39% of human life in a free society. Because of its complexity and system, democracy has almost every aspect of national political life.. Democracy is a process, but this process is hard and painful for the post democracy, and it is impossible to replicate the road of democracy exploration in the developed countries for nearly a century.. Due to the different social and historical conditions of different countries, leading to its exploration of democracy, the realization of democracy must be specific and special. Though the system is the choice of the people of all countries, but ultimately can not be arbitrary recklessly, must be combined with its own national conditions and special conditions, from the understanding of the significance of democracy is the defined by history. So it’s a need for democracy to be made.. As for the post democracy, the political instability and the economic reform are not only the political instability they face.. As a result, the consolidation and sustainability of a new democracy is a political standard for measuring the success of the country’s democratization.. In the democratization of the global tide, democratic countries if blindly copying western seemingly mature democratic political system, and received may be bitter democratic acclimatized. For the transformation of the above democracy predicament and democratic sustainability issues, the famous American political scientist Adam Ploski proposed the sustainable democracy theory and the newly democratic transition countries or are facing market reform, institutional and economic conditions are struggling countries, have important reference. Przeworski believes that democracy can be sustained because their system and crisis response ability, namely political factions are willing to express their wishes in the framework of democracy, and obey democratic results, and to achieve this ongoing, democracy must in the system is reasonable, in dealing with the crisis is effective. In China today, people’s democracy is the life of socialism, and the stability is the highest interest of the country, and the steady development of democracy and sustainable are all I need.. How to draw the lessons of other developing countries non persistent democracy, actively to promote democracy and continue to meet the demands of social democracy, maintaining social sustainable development, realize the democratic construction of a "soft landing, to construct Chinese characteristics of sustainable democracy. This is the democratic construction of our country face and must solve the issue. Will Yada Howard, a professor of American politics, once said, "democracy is hard to imitate or copy in the history, culture, social, and economic relations in different societies.." Therefore, China, as the largest developing country in the world, only to walk suited to their national conditions and sustainable democracy is the best way to avoid developing countries the chaos of democracy, democracy to achieve the benign development. This must address the current social risks that affect the sustainable development of democracy in China, and avoid the old ways of developing the democracy in the emerging democracies..All countries with a transition to democracy will encounter some of the obstacles, because they are starting to be different, but are consistent with the goal. Democracy is a trend, a belief, is the development trend of modern civilization. To promote the democratization process and realize the sustainable development of democracy is the inevitable choice for the economic and social development of China. At present, the democratization of China is different from the process of democratization in the west, but also different from the democratization process in modern China, but is in the social transformation and accelerating this special period.. To sum up the experiences and lessons of developing countries’ democratization, and to provide a view to the mirror. This article is for the purpose of through the research Przeworski sustainable democracy theory, combined with the practice of Chinese democracy development and analysis of democracy democratic dilemma, trying to enrich China’s construction of democracy Road Research in theory. There are five parts in this thesis.
