China’s revolution is closely associated with Communist International (CI). During the period of New Democratic Revolution, many important issues in Chinese Communist Party (CCP) history have a profoundly "international" background. Especially on the peasant problem, in the different phases of the New Democratic Revolution, CCP’s theories and strategies about the peasant problem were greatly influenced by CI. This is because that for the China, a agricultural country of semi-colonial and semi-feudal, CI was facing several serious problems, such as guide the fledgling CCP to have a better understanding of its social nature, deal with the land issue of Peasants, arouse the peasants to support CCP to finish the task of New Democratic Revolution.The thesis is mainly about the relationship between CI and CCP’s view for the peasant problem from the founding of CCP in July 1921 to the Zunyi Meeting in January 1935. In the process of research, the author commenced from CI and CCP these two subjects, and from CI’s dual-awareness on the China’s peasant problem and CCP’s view of the peasant problem with the CI’s double-effect and some CCP’s leaders’insisted on the correct theory about peasant problem these three aspects to study the CI’s double impact of the formation and development of CCP’s peasant question theory. Through the study of this issue further explore CCP get rid of the control of CI on the farmers problems, took to the road of independence cause and difficult process, and to further explore this issue for the moment CCP’s theoretical innovation and inspiration to solve the current problems of farmers.The thesis is based on a historical thread of the CCP’s view about peasant problem, from exploration, tortuous development and then to mature such a historical context, through the investigation to the CI factors, in order to more fully and objectively represent the true colors of the history, the communist international in guiding the Chinese peasant movement the role and influence to rethink and positioning, further enrich and deepen the study of history of the party during this period, to correctly understand and solve the problem of the farmers, promote the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way, certainly also has the very strong practical significance.
