A Study On The Problems And Solutions Of The Construction Of Clean And Honest Administration In Contemporary China

The corruption is a malignant tumor of human society. Combating corruption and promoting a clean government have been a world subject nowadays. The party and government keep stressing that we must deepen the construction of an ethical Party and Government as well as the anticorruption campaign to remove obstacles on the way of realizing the dream of Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation. As XiJinping said, only perform official duty honestly can we win the trust of people. Whether we can prevent corruption effectively concerns major issues including people’s livelihood, social harmony and consolidation of political power. Making deep analysis of anti-corruption and optimizing the integrity system have an important effect on a clean civil servant, clean government and clean politics.This thesis is established in the practice of combating corruption and building clean government with Chinese characteristics. According to the principle of "think big, start small", we research the issue from three dimensions of culture, system and technology. We find some effective measures to improve our integrity system by analyzing the problems and causes, summing up the experience and lessons of foreign countries, and expounding the three dimensions from surface to center, from inside to outside, and from top to bottom one by one. The writer also fully exert subjectivity on the basis of previous experience, which has obvious significance in broadening the horizon further, change the way of thinking, deepening the understanding, and exchanging experience.
