Research On The Construction Of The Xinxiangxian Culture In China

"Xiangxian" is a virtuous person who is moral,knowledgeable and respected by local villagers in the local village."Xiangxian culture" is an advanced culture or role model created by the precipitation of a few famous sages in a certain region.It is a kind of belief that inspires and guides the region and is a valuable cultural form.With the continuous development of globalization and modernization,the social interest structure and interest relations in rural areas have become increasingly complicated.The emergence of modern village governance has resulted in the dilemma of elite brain drain,ineffective governance and spiritual civilization.Thus,in today's socialist new countryside construction,nurturing contemporary XiangXian groups,innovation Xiangxian culture,heritage of rural civilization has a very important ethical value.The essay consists of five chapters.Firstly,it expounds the concept of traditional Xiangxian and Xiangxian culture,tracing the development of traditional Xiangxian culture,,analyzing the social background of traditional rural culture from four aspects: economic basis,geographical premise,political form and social structure.And then combs the modern Xianxian culture,defines the concept of XinxiangXian and XinxiangXian culture,and digs the ethical value of XinxiangXian culture in the new rural governance.After analyzing the many dilemmas incontemporary village governance and finding out the main causes of the dilemma from the spiritual level,we find that the governance model of "XinxiangXian" allows rural governance to see the hope of resolving many dilemmas.Finally,the paper probes into the possibility ethics path of building XinxiangXian culture in village governance from the three aspects of government leading,cultural rendering and subject building.In a word,based on the construction of new rural area,this paper mainly focuses on "Xiangxian" in rural governance and answers the questions of why "XinxiangXian" governance model in new rural construction is feasible and how to realize it.The construction of a new socialist countryside has provided a very important and urgent ethical basis.
