With the rise of the Internet,a technology innovation has quietly started,its influence is deeply.People enjoy the service of instant messaging applications through the Internet,they can share the instant transmission of messages,photos,voice and video communication easily.And people are able to fulfill the dream of going shopping at home through the E-commerce websites.Electronic banking online-payment function makes the process of shopping more convenient and time-saving.people’s life have already been deeply integrated with the Internet.The Internet is becoming the essential part of modern world.While people enjoy the convenience of the Internet,they must stand the adverse impact of it.In recent years,the Internet has become the high-risk area with fraud,theft of intellectual property rights and other illegal criminal behaviors,such as the invasion of privacy,dissemination of illegal and harmful information and so on. So we must regulate and control the Internet behavior by law.The root of these problems is the anonymity of the Internet.However,South Korea is leading the tide of internet.it is the first country to compel the construction of the network real-name system that can solve the Internet problems of anonymity. South Korea’s experience provides a good reference for our country’s legislation on Internet real-name registration.The paper will talk about the anonymity of the Internet and corresponding solution based on the current situation of the Internet development and South Korea’s corresponding experience.Firstly,the paper will introduce the concepts of the internet(including IPv4 and IPv6)and some legal issues caused by the internet;Secondly,the paper will make a comparison between China and South Korea on the development of Internet real-name registration,and then reveal the importance of Internet real-name registration;Thirdly,the paper will compare the current situation of legislation between China and South Korea,and point out the shortcomings of our legislation on the Internet real-name registration.At last,based on the analyses above,the paper will propose some suggestions about the information technology and legislation for the Internet real-name registration.Through the analyses of the Internet real-name registration,I hope to provide the solution for the Internet real-name registration through IPv6technology,and solve the Internet problems,such as how to secure private information,how to manage the division of the users’identity in the real life and on the internet.The Internet real-name registration will be more feasible and operable based on the corresponding technology.lastly,corresponding legislation and cooperation on the between the judicial authorities and the government will promote the Internet real-name registration,and provide a harmony,healthy and beneficial environment for the Internet users.
