The "order type" of minority cadres training mode for minority areas in Yunnan province court system conveying to "stay" has the practical significance of the minority judge of talent, for the minority of Yunnan province court system is currently facing the problem has very important significance.Yunnan minority court system minority judges directed the cultivation of policy has been implemented for 5 years, the first group of training objects have been moved on the job.
