A Study On The Countermeasures To Improve The Efficiency Of Administrative Organization Style Construction In G City

As an important content of the whole process of government management, the administrative organization style is an important factor of government efficiency, efficacy, effectiveness, and benefit. Style construction will directly affect the efficiency and image of administrative organization. Although the style construction of administrative organization has been carried out continuously, but there are still some problems. Meanwhile, the style construction has been paid more and more attention from all walks of life.In this context, to discuss the style construction of administrative organization is a very valuable topic. This paper takes G district of Y city as study subject, based on the theory of organization culture and organization development, incentive theory, multi central governance theory, service-oriented government theory and performance evaluation theory, and analyzes the current situation of the style construction of administrative organization of G district from the positive and negative aspects. The administrative organization of this district has made great efforts on style construction, such as strengthening ideological education and guidance of staff, introduction of mass evaluation mechanism, normalization of style evaluation, smoothing channels of contacting and serving the masses, and so on. The lack of efficiency of style construction is mainly embodied in the following aspects:the improper ratio of the economic input and result of style construction, the unsound evaluation mechanism of style construction, the false effect of style construction, the low transparency of style construction process. In view of the existing problems, the author has made the detailed analysis, and explored the root cause. The author thinks the inefficiency of style construction of administrative organization of G district of Y city is caused by many factors, including the factors of concept level, institutional level and specific implementation level, and so on.Taking these problems into consideration, the author proposed some solutions: firstly, to change the concept of administrative organization style construction; secondly, to perfect the evaluation system of style construction; thirdly, to improve implementation effect of style construction.
