A Study On The Problem Of Old - Age Security In Unemployed Families

Nowadays, it has entered the aging society in China, it’s becoming more and more serious of the population aging and the empty nest problems. It has decided by the national condition that the aging population is the feature of the present age! As the time goes by, the amount of the nation’s elderly population is close to 10%; in other words, every second is gaining an elderly in China, therefore pension problem is related to the stability of the society. The pension issues have become a prominent social problem in nearly two years, especially the “shidu” family. I have done the visiting, investigation and analysis the survey results to the”shidu” family during 2013~ 2014. I will state the basic situation of the “shifu” family in Shenyang in detail. According to the study, the “shidu” family has a worse and helpless life because of losing the only life extension and lacking the support of the society. Recently, the Shenyang Government established a series of policy to the “shidu” family in order to let the “shidu” family have a better life. Based on sufficient literature research, combining with the current of Shenyang’s "shidu" family pension policy, analysis of the before and after implementing of the "shidu" family pension problem to improve the situation, through the master of Shenyang "shidu" family pension policy’s improvement degree of the social security system. Another analysis in the current "shidu" family policies may exist deficiencies, and present reasonable advice.In this paper, through the integrated use of in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey methods, it has made the corresponding analysis, after finding that their psychological emotional has changed into positive after the endowment policy implementation. Respondents believed their own living condition has been improved to a certain extent.We can also see the policy still exists deficiencies in the process, now the implementation of the Shenyang "shidu" family social security system is still not perfect enough, there are also many shortcomings. Therefore, the paper proposed several suggestions to improve the construction of the Chinese government “shidu” family’s social security system.
